Chanel Classic 2.55 Tall Double Flap Bag – Black Quilted Lambskin Leather
 
This beautiful Chanel 2.55 with gold hardware is one of the most iconic handbags in the world, in the very rare Tall Style. This bag is in good condition with smooth quilted lambskin leather, however it does have some broken stitching at the top. 
 
The bag comes with the Chanel hologram sticker inside, showing this bag was made in 1989-1991. The serial number and hologram sticker are very important in retaining the value of your Chanel handbag. This bag also comes with the authenticity card which is rare for a vintage Chanel of this series.
 
This leather on this bag is in good condition for its age. It has some light scratches and general wear, but all four corners and the bottom are in good condition. The top of the bag has some broken stitching which has caused a little damage to the leather. This can be repaired at a number of places for a small cost, but the bag is completley usable as it is, and the damage can barely be seen on the outisde. 
 
The inside of the bag, which is in a lovely contrasting burgundy leather is  also in good condition with few scratches. The gold hardware on the CC lock is in excellent condition, however the chain strap has tarnishing all over,
